3-D printing services are available using our state-of-the-art and industry-leading Markforged - Mark 2 printer. 3-D printing allows for rapid iteration so you can test out many different designs early and refine your models. We can produce prototype workable parts with strengths equal to aluminum allowing the end-use part to be useable.

Resolutions/layers as fine as .004 inches. Tolerances are dependent upon the material we are using. Materials that we use include nylon with chopped carbon fibers.

How many cycles will your part need to last? 

Does your part have weight requirements? 

Some parts may require Continuous Fiber Fabrication (CFF). This Inlaid continuous carbon fiber material within a printed plastic matrix form creates a composite part in which the properties of the fiber provide high stiffness, toughness, strength and heat deflection. During our consultation, we will advise if this is recommended.
